FALL RIVER — Many Catholics may be asking: will people come back to parishes?
Perhaps a more important question to ask is: are we ready?
To aid in answering this question, our Office of Faith Formation has developed a Spring planning series in the areas of family, youth, and adult evangelization. This involves a planning guide — with introduction by Bishop Edgar M. da Cunha, S.D.V. — virtual training series, and summer cohort coaching groups.
Individuals can access these resources and opportunities by visiting: bit.ly/evangelize21.
The goal is to provide parishes with the tools and space to plan for parish evangelization and catechesis.
The first series is with the University of Notre Dame’s McGrath Institute for Church and will begin on May 12. Individuals are invited to join for free and to invite others from their parish to attend, so that they can then go back and support their parish.
